We want you to love your Misha & Puff pieces, so if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale goods, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship Your Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
